The future warranty may distinguish manufacturing defects, internal support issues, surface defects present on arrival and accessories. Each category needs a defined period and remedy that does not reduce statutory rights.

Likely exclusions
Damage caused by prohibited cleaners, unsupported storage, sharp objects, excessive force, unauthorized repair, color transfer or use outside the manual may be excluded only when the instructions and evidence are adequate.

Evidence and resolution
A claim process should minimize sensitive imagery, explain secure transfer methods, identify response times and state whether the remedy is guidance, parts, repair, replacement or refund.
