1. Select an approved foundation
Customers will begin with an adult-appearance model that has passed the internal catalogue review. We will not accept youth-coded, age-ambiguous, school-themed or otherwise prohibited customization requests.
Available foundation models, measurements and compatible options will be displayed only after the factory verifies them for the current production version.

2. Review a written configuration summary
Before any arrangement, the customer should receive a durable written summary covering selected options, indicative price, estimated production window, destination eligibility, included items, care information and cancellation limits.
Options that affect handling, storage or maintenance must link to the relevant warnings and care guidance. A decorative rendering cannot replace a factual specification.

3. Confirm privately, outside the website
The public website does not collect payment details or create orders. If an enquiry progresses, the seller, currency, total, configuration, policies and available manual payment instructions are confirmed directly.
A customer-supplied transfer reference or receipt is never treated as proof of cleared funds. Any payment is verified manually before production or fulfilment begins.
