01
What must be verified
The launch file for each product should identify the silicone formulation or supplier specification, colorants and coatings where applicable, cleaning instructions, foreseeable misuse, storage conditions, warnings and traceability information.
Marketing phrases such as “medical grade,” “body safe,” “hypoallergenic,” “non-toxic,” “platinum cured” or a fixed service life will not appear unless the exact claim is supported for the exact product and is legally appropriate in the destination.
02
How ISO 3533:2021 is used
ISO 3533:2021 can inform an internal review of design safety and user information for products that contact intimate areas. Referencing the standard as a review input is not the same as claiming compliance or certification.
A public compliance statement requires an evidence file, defined scope and accountable assessment. Until then, the website says that evidence is pending rather than implying approval.

GPSR and traceability for Europe
European launch requires manufacturer identification, an EU responsible person when applicable, product identification, online-offer information, risk analysis, technical documentation, warnings and instructions in the languages required by each destination.
Those fields are release gates. The site will not open an EU destination merely because a carrier accepts the parcel.
