Age eligibility
Visitors and buyers must be at least 18 and meet any higher local age requirement. Age confirmation is a first control, not a substitute for lawful merchant and destination checks.

Adult-appearance standard
Approved designs must have unmistakably mature facial structure, proportions, styling and presentation. Youth-coded bodies, school uniforms, child-oriented environments, “teen” language, ambiguous ages and similar cues are prohibited.

Requests we will refuse
VAELOURA will refuse customization, imagery, copy or support requests that involve minors, youth simulation, unlawful content, coercion or attempts to bypass the review. Records may be preserved where needed for safety or legal obligations.
