The local prototype stores only age-confirmation and cookie-preference values in the browser. The enquiry form validates information locally and does not transmit it. No analytics, advertising pixel, payment form, customer account or order database is connected.
Because no legal seller or production contact endpoint has been supplied, this policy must not be presented as a final legal notice for commercial launch.

Future categories and purposes
A launch policy may cover contact details, order and configuration records, payment-provider references, delivery details, support correspondence, consent records, fraud prevention and legally required records. It must name the controller, lawful bases, processors, transfers, retention periods and user rights for each market.
Sensitive preferences should be minimized. Payment credentials must be handled by the approved processor rather than stored by VAELOURA.

Consent and international service providers
Optional analytics or advertising technology remains off until the visitor makes a valid choice and the implementation satisfies applicable consent rules. Necessary security and preference storage is separated from optional tracking.
Before launch, each service provider and international transfer mechanism must be documented for the countries where the site operates.
