01
Neutral packaging, documented limits
The intended standard is a plain outer carton without adult imagery, reinforced internal protection and a shipping label that uses the lawful seller and carrier information required for the destination.
Discreet packaging does not mean false customs descriptions, hidden contents or a misleading business identity. Required declarations must remain accurate.
02
Destination checks before acceptance
Before accepting an enquiry for a country, VAELOURA must verify product legality, import treatment, prohibited content standards, tax, available payment arrangements, carrier acceptance, language needs and a workable process for damage or refusal.
Transit times, duties and delivery methods will be displayed only after the factory and carrier confirm them. Cross-border delays cannot be described as guaranteed.
03
Regional inventory later
A future 3PL may handle standard products or accessories after the warehouse confirms adult-product acceptance, storage conditions, privacy, returns and traceability. Custom products remain suited to controlled factory-direct fulfilment.
