Made-to-order fulfilment
Made-to-order full-silicone products are normally shipped from the manufacturing location after production and the applicable inspection. The written quotation identifies the current fulfilment basis.

Duties, customs and delivery
The quotation states the shipping method, current estimate and whether quoted delivery includes or excludes duties and taxes. The recipient remains responsible for destination requirements unless the written quotation expressly states otherwise.
No parcel uses a false customs description. Carrier and customs decisions, remote-area limits and border delays remain outside the catalogue website’s control.

Damage and non-delivery
If a parcel is missing or visibly damaged, preserve the packaging, record the condition before opening where safe, and contact customer service promptly. The available remedy depends on carrier evidence, product condition, the written quotation and mandatory legal rights.
