Made-to-order fulfilment
Custom full-silicone products are intended to ship from the OEM factory after production and documented inspection. Standard items may later use approved regional warehouses.

Duties, customs and delivery
The production policy must identify available delivery terms, who pays duties and taxes, required customer information, tracking, signature rules, remote-area limits and the process for customs holds or refusals.
No parcel will use a false customs description. Transit estimates become public only after carrier acceptance and route evidence are available.

Damage and non-delivery
Customers will be instructed to preserve packaging, record visible damage and contact the verified support channel within the legally reviewed period. The final remedy depends on carrier evidence, product condition and statutory rights.
