Cleaning and drying
Use only cleaners, water temperatures and contact times permitted by the product manual. Test unfamiliar products on an inconspicuous area and avoid unverified solvents, oils or pigments that may affect the surface.
After cleaning, dry external surfaces and any manufacturer-identified openings thoroughly according to the instructions. Moisture left in enclosed areas can create hygiene and material risks.

Handling and storage
Use the supplied lifting and support guidance. Concentrated pressure, unsupported joints, sharp objects, dark transfer-prone fabrics and prolonged contact with incompatible materials may cause damage.
Store the product clean, dry, covered and away from heat, direct sunlight, pets and unauthorized access. The correct position and support system depend on the verified internal structure.

When to stop using a product
Stop use and contact support if there is unexpected tearing, exposed structure, persistent odor, contamination that cannot be cleaned, damage to an opening, or any condition the manual identifies as unsafe.
VAELOURA will not publish a universal replacement interval. Inspection findings and the product-specific manual determine the next step.
